We get it—finding out your puzzle is missing a piece is a real bummer, don't worry, we’ve got you covered. If you purchased your puzzle from Puzzlefolk.com within the last 60 days and have missing or defective pieces, we will send you a full puzzle replacement. To get started, please fill out our replacement request form below. This is only available for puzzles purchased directly through Puzzlefolk.com or Amazon and shipped within the continental U.S.

Due to varying puzzle press molds used across our production facilities, we are not able to send you individual pieces.

If you bought your puzzle at one of our partner retailers, reach out to the retailer or store where you made your purchase—they’ll have the tools to assist with replacements or refunds. Make sure to follow their guidelines and submit any required info by their deadlines.

We cannot replace puzzles if pieces were lost during assembly. Double-check under the rug, in the vacuum and all around the area where you were working! We have learned that missing puzzle pieces can appear in the most unlikely of places!

We will review your submission and if approved, you will receive an email order confirmation. Missing and defective replacement requests are processed every two weeks. We are only able to honor 2 courtesy replacements for a single customer.
